Terms and Conditions of Akwa-Market.eu Service

1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the AKWA-MARKET.EU classifieds service, available at https://akwa-market.eu

  2. The owner of the service is MARTE.BEST Sylwester Bogusiak, with its office at ul. Beskidzka 91/2, 91-610 Łódź, NIP: 728 216 02 14 hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”.

  3. The AKWA-MARKET service is a marketplace platform enabling the posting of advertisements concerning animals, equipment and services related to aquarium industry.

  4. Use of the Service requires acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.



2. Definitions

  1. Service – the Akwa-Market.eu.com online platform.

  2. User – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, using the Service.

  3. Advertisement – an offer to sell, buy, or exchange items, animals or raw materials posted by the User.

  4. Account – an individual User profile in the Service, enabling the management of advertisements.



3. Rules for using the Service

  1. The User is obliged to use the Service in a manner consistent with the law, good practices, and the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

  2. Posting advertisements in the Service may be free or paid, in accordance with the current price list available on the website.

  3. The content of the advertisement should be reliable, consistent with the facts, and must not infringe the rights of third parties.

  4. It is forbidden to post content that is unlawful, vulgar, or misleading.



4. Registration and Account

  1. To fully use the functionalities of the Service (e.g., adding advertisements), Account registration is required.

  2. During registration, the User is obliged to provide true contact details.

  3. The User has the right to delete the Account at any time.



5. Liability

  1. The Service Provider is not a party to transactions concluded between Users and is not responsible for the improper performance of contracts by Users.

  2. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of advertisements posted by Users, but reserves the right to moderate or remove them in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions.



6. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Service can be submitted electronically to: info@akwa-market.eu.

  2. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.



7. Final Provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed of changes in advance.

  2. In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish, European or Global law shall apply, for ex:. CITES regulations.

  3. The Terms and Conditions come into force on the date of publication in the Service.
